The security deposit on any of our properties is one and half times the monthly rent. For example if the rent is £500 per month, the deposit will be £750. If you have a pet the required deposit may be higher so please ask at time of application. To reserve any of our properties you will be required to pay a minimum of £250 towards this and the balance within 7 days. LET it complies with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme Regulations. The scheme ensures tenants are treated fairly should there be any dispute over deposit refunds at the end of your tenancy.
There are no additional costs for securing a property.
Our standard payment method is Direct Debit. This is a protected system direct from your bank account. This means you have the right to ask your bank for a refund in the unlikely event of an error. You can however also choose to pay your rent by monthly Standing Order, cheque, cash, debit or credit card.
